Twelve Healthy Tips


Making a habitual effort to stay healthy will change your life for the better. Health is often taken for granted until it starts to become not so great. Not only are your dreams and ambitions directly affected by your health, but also every aspect of your life.

You may be on your way to a life you have envisioned, have a great career, or have a wonderful family. However, if your health starts to decline so does enjoyment of all the things you love, including life.

Now please understand, I'm no health expert. But if you do your own diligent research you'll find that the basics presented here are common sense combined with decades of natural health research by experts in their chosen fields.

Don't just take my word for it, look into this subject further. It's is well worth the effort! An "Owner's Manual" was not included at birth. Great information is out there to be found however. The dozen below should get you off to a good start.


Have a great attitude and sense of humor.

Stay in shape with enjoyable daily exercise.

Learn to breathe deeply because oxygen is vital.

Drink plenty of 100% pure water and freshly made juices.

Eat organic fruits and veggies daily including a Superfood Smoothie.

Get adequate rest and learn to meditate.

Protect your precious hearing and vision.

Avoid animal products and junk food.

Do not smoke, drink, or drug yourself into oblivion.

Seek Holistic Medical Doctors and Biomimetic Dentists.

Try to find a career you enjoy or are passionate about.


We have all seen many happy and successful people end their lives or careers early from abusing themselves and wrecking their health. You might even have friends on that path. Be acutely aware of the bigger picture of what is really important and avoid the traps.

Life is a beautiful gift and can be enjoyed to the fullest only when we are in optimum health. The wonderful benefit to taking care of yourself is that you will have a really positive role in your own destiny. Not to mention feeling great when you're doing what you enjoy!
