Ginger - A Wonderful Spice
& Ideal Health Protector


This famous cooking spice and ginger bread ingredient, has been used across the globe many hundreds of years, for its healing and health protective properties. Ginger has gained a legendary reputation for use as a digestive aid and nausea reliever. Ginger also helps heal ulcers, supports heart and cardio health, reduces inflammation, and reduces recovery time from the flu and colds.

It regulates the wave-like movement of the muscles (peristaltic action) that push food and waste through the digestive track, while enhancing the growth of beneficial flora in the intestines and inhibiting toxic bacteria simultaneously.

Ginger as a tea helps prevent colds and reduces both their severity and recovery time. The anti pain and inflammatory, immune-stimulating, and cough-suppressing properties make it the ideal "natural medicine" during cold and flu season. Also remember the garlic and echanacea for really strong synergistic action.

The 'blue ring' variety of ginger reportedly has the highest level of digestive enzymes. It's extremely important to use only 100% certified organic varieties due to heavy pesticide use on the non-organic crops. Combining powdered and fresh ginger is a potent combination. Nature always has answers, so if you can find ways around risky and sometimes life threatening "drug fixes" so common these days, you can at least not be worrying about side effects while trying to heal and protect your body.
